Gain insights

Coaching Sessions: Work directly with a coach to develop inclusive leadership skills, gain self-awareness, and work towards achieving their goals. Coaching may be conducted in person in NY or virtually, depending on client preference. 

Deepen understanding

Assessments: Your Coach may use Gallup Strengths assessments to help clients gain insights into their strengths, development areas, and leadership style. The IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) Assessment may be used to help you deepen your understanding of cultural competence, identify your development opportunities and create an action plan to build your confidence when working across differences.

Take Action

Goal Setting & Action Planning: Coach will work with client to set achievable goals and develop an action plan to achieve them. This process involves identifying the steps needed to achieve the goals, setting timelines, and defining success metrics.

As a coach, she provides a safe and supportive space for diverse and emerging leaders to define their authentic leadership style, personal brand and build confidence to successfully navigate corporate culture. With a coaching practice rooted in positive psychology and emotional and diversity intelligence, her coaching techniques help individuals and teams to foster a deeper understanding and respect for the expansive identities and perspectives of others.
